The designers of Studio Nahtrang were inspired by traditional Asian lanterns, which the white porcelain shade is based on. Its spherical shape, open at the bottom, has a vertically running line structure that resembles the meridians of a globe. The fixture, made of metal, is composed of two round discs - which serve as the cap of the shade and as a wall fixture - and two arms crossing at right angles.
