Lamp shade reducer ring - E27 to B22 This reducer ring enables you to use an E27 lamp shade with a B22 light. By simply attaching the adapter ring to the E27 lamp shade, you can reduce the size of the bulb holder so that it fits a B22 light fixture. E27 (Edison screw) lampshade sockets are too large for B22 (bayonet cap) lights and bulbs. E27 lamp shades feature a 42 mm hole for the bulb holder whereas B22 shades have a hole size of only 29 mm. With this reducer ring, you can easily convert your E27 lamp shade so that you can use it with B22 light fixtures. No wiring required!
