Designer floor lamp Alien XL easy in an unusual shape "Made in Germany" is one of the attributes that characterise the Alien XL easy floor lamp. In this case, Germany is Cologne, where the next lighting manufacturer is based for production and dispatch. The company was founded in 2000 by Thomas Schulte and has been designing "light cast in moulds" ever since. The company's head designer is Constantin Wortmann from Munich, who has also worked for the well-known lighting designer Ingo Maurer in the course of his career. The Alien XL easy floor lamp already promises something extraordinary with its name and design language. Like a strange creature, an "alien", the rounded body winds its way upwards from the floor. Made entirely of high-quality polyethylene, the body of the luminaire guarantees a translucency that ensures a cosy and, above all, glare-free and softly diffused light. The integrated intermediate cord dimmer enables the bulb to be infinitely dimmable.
