Crafted from either Walnut or Oak solid wood the original design has been updated with a paper cord seat handwoven by artisan weavers in Portugal, giving this design a more rustic, textured feel. Regarded as one of Britain's most esteemed industrial designers, Matthew Hilton infuses complex engineering and seemingly effortless simplicity into each piece he creates.
