Mixed media in a limited colour palette creates the silhouette of palm trees swaying against the shimmer of stars in a black sky. About the artist Yana Medow is a contemporary artist based in Madrid. Originally from St Petersburg, she graduated from Academy of Applied Arts as a painting restorer, before working as both an illustrator and graphic designer. Her abstract works have been exhibited around the world.
