The Grand Modele Armchair features a distinctive 'cushion basket' construction, where the frame sits exposed beneath the cushions rather than being concealed within them. Its down-filled cushions rest within a black powder-coated steel frame, providing a structured yet yielding seat. The aniline leather upholstery in dark brown allows the hide's natural grain and tonal variation to remain visible, developing a patina with use.
