Chandigarh Poisson Round Porcelain Tray - White

The Chandigarh Poisson tray features unglazed porcelain construction with symbolic bas-relief detailing inspired by Le Corbusier's architectural vision. Its circular form showcases a fish motif at the centre, faithfully reproduced from the Master's 1956 sketches for Chandigarh. The partnership between Ginori 1735 and the Le Corbusier Foundation brings authentic architectural elements to this serving piece. Inspired by Le Corbusier, Cassina has teamed up with both Ginori 1735 and the Le Corbusier Foundation to produce a series of three porcelain trays that incorporate symbolic bas-relief designs found in the city of Chandigarh. This unglazed circular tray features a depiction of a fish at its centre — a detail directly lifted from a design sketched by the Master in 1956.
