Created in collaboration with Louis Poulsen, the lamp first appeared in the SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen in 1957 as part of a lighting story told throughout the hotel by world-renowned architect and designer Arne Jacobsen. Radiating personality, and recalling the geometric contours of Jacobsen buildings, the electric orange version of the lamp — whose shade can be tilted to adjust light distribution — adds a graphic, forward-focused feel to any surface. Supplied with an EU plug. The bulb is not included.
