Color/pattern: white black Design details: The Fontainebleau bedding is named for the very famous Château de Fontainebleau in France. The appliquéd banding on the bedding was inspired by the well known windows of the French palace. With a history of 900 years, the palace has been the home to French kings and even Napoleon I and Napoleon II. Today the 1,500 room Fontainebleau palace is a UNESCO World Heritage site. Minimalist and modern, the Fontainebleau bedding design embodies refined and timeless elegance. Crisp white percale bedding is expertly embellished with appliquéd banding. The banding is in Fusain, a silvery-black fossilized charcoal color. The Fusain colour, against the pure white, is very eye-catching and modern. Fontainebleau shams have the appliquéd banding on the cuff. Fontainebleau shams have an envelope enclosure which hides the pillow insert from view. Percale construction, 200 TC, made of 100% long-staple combed cotton. Made in Portugal. 200 thread count Measures Boudoir Sham 30 x 40 cm - 12in x 16in Fabric: 100% long-staple combed cotton.
