Get Paid £80,000 to Travel the UK as Our Regencycore Style Consultant

Are you enchanted by wisteria-covered facades, velvet settees and candlelit drawing rooms? Do you find yourself daydreaming about Bridgerton ballrooms and the timeless elegance of Regency-era design? If so, this is your chance to step into the world you love and get paid handsomely to do it.

We are looking for a Regencycore Style Consultant to help us capture the magic of Bridgerton-inspired interiors across the UK. We are offering one passionate individual the chance to tour Britain’s most iconic stately homes and curate the ultimate edit of Regency-era design, just in time for the new season of the hit show this September.

If you live and breathe interiors and know your Featheringtons from your Bridgertons, this is your moment.

About us:

At Shop Home Styles, we celebrate the joy and inspiration of exceptional interiors. As a leading destination for home design enthusiasts, we curate and showcase the finest homeware trends, décor inspirations, and styling solutions sourced from an extensive network of premium retail partners across the UK.

We pride ourselves on staying ahead of cultural movements and design trends, ensuring our customers always discover pieces that resonate with their personal style. Our platform transforms everyday living spaces into extraordinary environments, capturing the essence of beloved aesthetics, from timeless elegance to contemporary chic.

Your Mission:

As our Regencycore Style Consultant, you will spend three months exploring the UK’s most stunning heritage properties, from the grandeur of Chatsworth House to the elegance of Blenheim Palace. Your goal will be to uncover the opulent furnishings, colour palettes and design details that defined the Regency era.

You will help us build a Bridgerton-inspired edit by producing detailed reports on period interiors, identifying furniture and decor that reflect what viewers are searching for ahead of the show’s return. Where permitted, you may also support your findings with photographs. Your work will ensure Shop Home Styles showcases the most relevant Regencycore pieces from across our network of retail partners.

  • Visit a selection of the UK’s most iconic stately homes, including Chatsworth House in Derbyshire, Holkham Hall in Norfolk, Harewood House in West Yorkshire, and Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire;
  • Curate interior inspiration by producing written reports on period furnishings, colour schemes, fabrics and styling details, supported by photographs where permitted;
  • Report back to the team with trend insights to inform our Autumn edits;
  • Help identify Regency-style products available from Shop Home Styles retail partners;
  • Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest inspired by your visits;
  • Share interior inspiration with our growing community of design lovers.

Why This Role Exists:

When Bridgerton first aired in 2020, interest in Regency aesthetics soared. Searches for wisteria on eBay rose by 300 percent, and demand for corsets, pearl headbands and empire-line dresses spiked across shopping platforms. With season three bringing renewed excitement, interest in regency-inspired interiors is expected to grow again this autumn.

This role has been created to ensure our platform reflects what millions of fans are watching, loving and actively searching for.

Perks of the Role:

  • A one-time payment of £80,000 for the three-month consultancy;
  • All travel and accommodation expenses covered;
  • Overnight stays at historic properties and five-star hotels;
  • The option to bring a plus-one with their travel and shared accommodation expenses fully covered;
  • Opportunities to explore the UK’s most beautiful heritage homes;
  • Feature your creative vision across Shop Home Styles’ platform and social channels;
  • Flexible schedule with travel between July and September.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must be 18 or older and based in the UK with the ability to travel;
  • A degree in interior design or a related field is preferred;
  • 3 years experience in interiors, styling, or trend forecasting is desirable;
  • An understanding of Regency-era design and aesthetic principles;
  • Have watched all three series of Bridgerton and the Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story spin-off;
  • Able to speak confidently about the show’s design aesthetic and style evolution;
  • A passion for interiors and an exceptional eye for period detail;
  • Experience in content creation and social media.
