The Cherry Gingham square pillar mill features a high-gloss lacquered finish applied in eight hand-polished coats over sustainably sourced rubberwood, producing a flawless sheen. It includes both an S and a P stainless steel screw knob, allowing the user to configure it as either a salt or pepper grinder. The ceramic grinding mechanism activates with a clockwise motion and accommodates dry rock salt or black peppercorns up to 4mm in size, with grind fineness adjusted by tightening or loosening the top knob.
