The Cappuccino Gingham square pillar mill features a lacquered rubberwood body crafted from sustainably sourced material and finished with eight hand-polished coats of high-gloss lacquer for a flawless sheen. It includes both an S and P stainless steel screw knob, allowing the same mill to serve as either a salt or pepper grinder. The ceramic grinding mechanism activates with a clockwise motion, with grind fineness adjusted by tightening or loosening the top knob. Suitable for dry rock salt up to 4mm or black peppercorns only.
