The Grand Modele two-seat sofa features an exposed chrome steel frame construction, a design concept originally described as a 'cushion basket' from the 1928 LC collection. Its top grain leather upholstery in red provides a durable yet supple seating surface, while the polished chrome steel frame sits visibly on the exterior rather than being concealed beneath the cushions. The generously filled down cushions offer a deep, relaxed seat, with the frame's structural role reversed from conventional sofa construction.
