We designed this piece to appear as an antique, meaning it shows a medium level of distress and signs of age, with subtle bleaching across the veneers to imitate the variations of centuries of light exposure. a coating of English balck wax is applied, completing the antique effect. The wax can be taken down to a matte sheen using 0000 steel wool, or can be buffed to a high sheen with a soft cloth.
