The Boule High Table Lamp combines a spherical form with its smoky grey mouth-blown glass globe, housing an opal white LED bulb for gentle illumination. Its black ceramic stand provides a stable base, while the tinted glass creates atmospheric lighting effects. The lamp features E27 bulb compatibility and suits placement on various flat surfaces for ambient lighting.
Sebastian Herkner's 2016 'Boule' collection for Pulpo looks to the time-honoured French pastime of pétanque, an outdoor ball game, for inspiration. As such, the table lamp takes on a spherical form, created by a smoky grey mouth-blown glass globe within which an opal white LED bulb emits a soft glow — a light imitation of the boule silhouette and a nod to the fading light of the early evenings on which the game is usually played. This tall version of the lamp is nestled atop a black ceramic stand and can be placed on flat surfaces for a sophisticated and elegant presence in a range of spaces. Requires an E27 bulb.
