The Big Oda Floor Lamp combines industrial and organic aesthetics with its brass-coloured steel frame and handblown glass shade. The sturdy frame references water tower structures, while the bulbous glass shade features smooth, gentle curves that create visual balance. The lamp emits a warm glow through an E27 LED bulb, and the handblown glass construction adds artisanal quality to any space.
Produced by Pulpo and designed by the esteemed German lighting designer Sebastian Herkner, 'Oda' is a collection of table and floor lamps defined by a well-balanced harmony of industrial and organic aesthetics. The mechanical element comes courtesy of a sturdy brass-coloured steel frame that references the structures of old fashioned water towers and silos, while the smooth, gentle curves of the bulbous glass shade reflects the handblown methods used to produce its shape. The result is this large dark purple version of the floor lamp, which emits a warm glow via an LED bulb E27 bulb.
