Periwinkle Bobbin Salt or Pepper Mill - Blue, Rubberwood

The Periwinkle Bobbin Salt or Pepper Mill features a bobbin-shaped form crafted from sustainably sourced Rubberwood, finished with eight hand-polished coats of high-gloss lacquer for a flawless sheen. Supplied with both an S and P stainless steel screw knob, allowing the mill to be configured as either a salt or pepper grinder. The ceramic grinding mechanism operates with a simple clockwise motion, with a adjustable grind setting controlled by the tightening of the top knob. Compliant with EU food contact legislation (Directive 84/500/EEC and Directive 2005/31/EC), it is suitable for dry rock salt or black peppercorns up to 4mm in size.
