The Addison Ross Square Pillar Mill features a high-gloss lacquered finish applied in 8 hand-polished coats over a sustainably sourced rubber wood body. Its ceramic grinding mechanism operates with a clockwise motion and is suitable for rock salt crystals or black peppercorns, while the included stainless steel screw knob is interchangeable between an 'S' and 'P' designation. The square pillar form is finished with a smooth lacquer surface that wipes clean with a damp cloth and meets EU food contact legislation under Directives 84/500/EEC and 2005/31/EC.
