<p>Give new life to your serveware collection with our beautiful Two Butterflies Plate. This delicate dish was made in collaboration by two of our favorite brands — the iconic ceramicist Astier de Villatte and celebrated designer John Derian. The process begins in Astier’s historic Paris workshop, where this piece is handcrafted the old-fashioned way by shaping locally-sourced black terracotta clay into handcarved plaster molds. Once coated in the brand’s signature milky white glaze, it’s then finished with a vintage illustration depicting a pair of pretty papillons, sourced from Derian’s never-ending collection of antique images.
