The Chamber vase combines digital design with traditional craftsmanship through its unique production process. First 3D printed then moulded in stoneware, it features an organic sculptural shape. The vessel's original aesthetic and smooth stoneware construction create a distinctive decorative piece.
Designed by Wang & Söderström for Hay, the 'Chamber' vase is miniature piece of art. Inspired by the space where digital and physical forms meet, the vessel is first 3D printed before being moulded in stoneware at a ceramic factory. The result is a wholly sculptural piece whose organic shape and original aesthetic belies it's uber-modern technological production process.
