The Pisara stacking vessel offers striking functionality with its sculptural design that presents vivid color. Its bold blue glass base features an Acacia wood tip, while the innovative stacking mechanism allows the piece to be separated into two functional containers. The vessel draws inspiration from watercolor techniques, and the durable glass construction ensures lasting beauty.
Designed by Pia Wüstenberg for Utopia & Utility, the 'Pisara' stacking vessel is a striking functional sculptural piece that stands out for its presentation of vivid color. Inspired by the way in which a drop can blend the pigment on a watercolor canvas — pisara means 'drop' in Finnish — the sculptural piece is defined by a bold blue glass base that is topped with an Acacia wood tip, which may be unstacked to create two functional containers.
