Named after a 12th century monastery in Paris — the Abbaye de Fontenay — this luxury scented candle by Baobab Collection is beautifully hand-engraved by expert craftsmen. The brown transparent glass vessel, with its elegant crosshatching, reflects the deep aromas of the 'Fontenay' scented wax. Conjuring a walk through the Cistercian abbey, this rich accord is filled with the hypnotic notes of leather and incense. A woody base of cedar gives the fragrance a clean warmth. The 5.2kg large 'Heritage Fontenay' candle burns for 400 hours, after which time the glass vessel can be kept, repurposed, and treasured.
