The Bistrot Knife features an 18/10 stainless steel blade paired with a light blue acrylic handle, hand-assembled in workshops near Paris. Its riveted construction and simple lines draw from the relaxed character of café and terrace settings. The knife is dishwasher-safe at a maximum of 45°C, and minor blade marks can be removed with a soft cloth and white vinegar. It measures 24 cm in length and weighs 0.07 kg.
