The Bistrot Knife combines an 18/10 stainless steel blade with a blue acrylic handle, hand-assembled in workshops near Paris. Its riveted construction and glossy or vintage finish options reflect the straightforward design language of the Bistrot collection. The knife is dishwasher-safe at a maximum of 45°C, and any minor blade marks can be removed with a soft cloth and white vinegar. It measures 24 cm in length and weighs 0.07 kg.
