The ceramic vase for 101 Copenhagen takes its name from the Japanese for "shape". An irregular silhouette — characterized by protrusions and an uneven surface — gives the piece an intriguing, organic feel. The color captures the essence of silver birch bark. Reflecting the light, and creating undulating shadows, the vase's finish creates a stunning interplay of texture and light.
