The Twist placemat features hand-woven Iraca palm fiber crafted by artisans from Usiacurí on the Caribbean coast of Colombia. A wireframe base is shaped first, then intricately woven over using a generational technique, resulting in a structured yet detailed surface. The 80% dried Iraca palm composition gives the mat a natural texture, while the wireframe core provides firm shape retention. As a fully handmade product, slight colour and size variations are inherent to the construction. Diameter: 39 cm.
