The shagreen placemats come in a set of four, each finished in a dark anthracite grey tone with a bronze-coloured metal trim edging. The underside of each mat is lined with velvet to prevent scratching on table surfaces. Each mat measures 33 cm (13 inch) in diameter and is suited to warm plates, though not items straight from the oven. Clean with a soft damp cloth, avoiding sprays or abrasive materials on the metal trim.
