The Bobbin Salt or Pepper Mill features a bobbin-shaped form crafted from sustainably sourced Rubberwood, finished with eight hand-polished coats of high-gloss lacquer in red. It includes both an S and a P stainless steel screw knob, allowing the mill to be configured as either a salt or pepper grinder. The ceramic grinding mechanism operates with a clockwise motion, with grind fineness adjusted by tightening or loosening the top knob, and is compliant with EU food contact legislation.
