The Wilshire rug swatch provides a physical sample of the wool and jute hand-tufted construction, allowing close inspection of the pile texture and tonal blue and grey colouring before committing to a full size. Its spill-resistant and antimicrobial surface treatment is present in the swatch material, giving an accurate representation of the rug's durability characteristics. As with all handmade pieces, slight colour and texture variations may occur between the swatch and the finished rug.
