The Massproductions Cord rug combines handwoven craftsmanship with a subtle 3D texture, produced through a design collaboration between Layered and Swedish furniture brand Massproductions. Woven from 100% natural wool, its signature stripes are built directly into the foundation using a slightly thicker yarn, creating a relief effect that is both visible and tactile. Natural color variation in the wool contributes to a warm, rustic tone across the burgundy rust surface. Each piece requires approximately two days to weave by hand, and a supportive backing is applied on completion for added weight and stability. Note: fringes extend the total length by approximately 13 cm beyond the stated dimensions.
