The Earth Fired Clay Thin Rim Pot and Saucer Set features a hand-crafted construction using a primitive firing technique refined over thousands of years. Each piece is wrapped in linen before firing and slowly dried, producing a beautifully imperfect, aged surface finish with natural variation between individual pots. The high mineral content of the clay contributes to colour differences from piece to piece, while a natural moss development during the aging process adds an antique character to the surface. The thin rim profile gives the pot a refined silhouette, and the included saucer provides a coordinated base for the set.
