The Bon Stool provides sculptural seating with its distinctive two-piece design, crafted from red stained ash wood. Its deep upright form pairs with a flat horizontal surface to create functional art. The stained ash construction ensures durability, while the bold red finish adds visual impact to any space.
Designed in 2017, 'Bon' is Dutch designer Aldo Bakker's follow up to the much lauded 2015 'Pink Stool'. Produced by Karakter and exuding the same sense of serene form and materiality that has come to define Bakker's work, the stool is crafted from red stained ash wood and comprises two distinct pieces. Together a deep and upright shape and a flat horizontal portion combine to create a sleek and sculptural stool.
