The set includes a paring knife, santoku, chef's knife, bread knife, honing steel, shears, and a bamboo block. The blades are finished in a sleek silver and brown, and honed to a sharp 9.5 to 12-degree edge using the meticulous Honbazuke process. The bamboo block adds a natural touch, complementing the rich woodgrain of the handles.

Constructed from SG2 micro-carbide powder steel, Cocobolo pakkawood, and bamboo. Finished in silver and brown. Set includes 3.5 inches wide paring knife, 7 inches wide santoku knife, 8 inches wide chef's knife, 9 inches wide bread knife, 9 inches wide honing steel, shears, and block. Authentic thin Japanese blade profile. Hand-honed using the three-step Honbazuke process for a 9.5 to 12 degree edge.
