The Scalloped Lacquer Waste Paper Bin combines a high-gloss exterior with a contrasting matt interior, finished across 20 hand-polished lacquer coats for a smooth, durable surface. Its scalloped silhouette adds visual texture, while the black velvet-lined base provides a refined finishing detail. The interior matt finish reduces glare and complements the glossy outer shell.
