<p>Bring a bit of vintage charm to your art collection with our petite L’Oeil Study. We reimagined this piece from a series of hand-drawn eyes, which we discovered while leafing through stacks of delicate, aged pages at a Paris flea market. Upon closer inspection, we were delighted to find that these illustrations dated all the way back to the late 1700s, when they appeared in a medical journal devoted to the topic of ocular surgery. Once back in Chicago, we selected our favorite eye from the bunch and had it recreated as a giclée print, which we displayed in a circular gilded wood frame for an antique feel.
